Compliance Oversight – ensuring works align with operational requirements

A Marine Superintendent provides focused oversight of specific trades, systems or technical elements within a larger project. This role ensures:
Specialist supervision of mechanical, electrical, structural or underwater works
Quality control of workmanship, materials and installation
Verification through ship visits and on‑site inspections
Coordination between specialist contractors
Technical guidance to the project manager or vessel owner
Collection of trade‑specific OQE and inspection records
